Important Club Information
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- We can only ship to the following states: (AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, MI, MN, MO, NC, NV, NY, OR, TX, WA)
- Wine deliveries require an adult signature upon arrival.
- Wine Club release months: February / May / August / November
- You agree to receive a minimum of 3 club releases.
- Your credit card will be automatically billed each quarter and your membership will continue on a per shipment basis until your written request to cancel, at least 30 days prior to the next shipment.
- You are responsible for the cost of all misdirected shipments if you do not notify MOHI by Sycamore Creek Vineyards of updated account information at the time the club release is announced.
- You are responsible for the cost of re-shipping all returned packages if you are not home to receive the initial shipment.
- Some releases are limited in quantity and cannot be guaranteed for a specific time. In this case, you will receive the wine of your choosing at a comparable value.
- MOHI by Sycamore Creek Vineyards reserves the right to change or cancel memberships at any time and member benefits are subject to change without notice.
- All wine clubs and purchases are non-refundable but may be exchanged.
