Returns & Cancellations
Wine is a perishable commodity. It is intolerant of temperature extremes: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. We make every effort to ensure a safe delivery of your wine to your home or business. Sycamore Creek Vineyards is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When the common carrier takes possession of your wine order, responsibility for the wine transfers to you as the purchaser.
Credit Card Refunds. Upon receipt of your returned shipment, we will process a refund for the amount of purchase, less third party transit fees imposed by the carrier. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Wine Club Cancellation
Requests to cancel your membership can be made after you have received two club shipments and with a 14-day cancellation notice prior to Club Release to email@example.com or a call to (408) 779-4738. If the 14-day cancellation period occurs during a scheduled club month (February, May, August, November), and the 14-day notification is not given, that shipment will be processed and shipped as your final. All wine purchases, tax and shipping are non-refundable after processing and early cancellations result in a $100 cancellation fee. You may place your membership “on hold” for one shipment per calendar year with a written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 72 hours prior to a club process. Please note that a hold on your membership also suspends all club benefits. It is the wine club member's responsibility to notify Sycamore Creek Vineyards to cancel membership or change billing and shipping information.
