2009 Godsend Cabernet Sauvignon

Hand selected, only the “crème de la Crème” of the Cabernet grapes were used in creating this wine. Godsend receives extended barrel aging of eighteen months in French oak and an additional six months in new medium toasted American oak barrels. This additional aging gives the wine added complexity and depth. Classic Cabernet aromas of rich currant, cassis and soft spiced oak. Godsend stands for an elegant, balanced, well structured wine with a long velvet finish. This limited production is intended to be enjoyed with the best of friends and family in the celebration of god’s gift to us.
